Compensation :

$26,000 - $35,000 yearly

Responsibilities :

  • Source and contact potential candidates for various roles.
  • Review resumes and applications to evaluate candidate qualifications.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
  • Manage candidate communication and updates.
  • Track applicant status and maintain recruitment metrics.
  • Assist with onboarding, including background checks and paperwork.
  • Assist in planning and participating in job fairs, career events, and other recruitment activities.
  • Update and maintain candidate databases and recruitment tools.
  • Provide administrative support, including managing emails, phone calls, and scheduling.
  • Manage recruitment-related content on platforms such as LinkedIn and Facebook.

Qualifications :

  • Experience in recruitment, HR, or administrative support is a plus.
  • Bilingual in English and Vietnamese, with strong communication skills in both languages.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for working with diverse personalities.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and positive attitude.
  • Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Familiarity with using social media platforms like LinkedIn and Facebook for recruitment purposes.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
