A company is looking for a Legal Assistant I to manage administrative tasks associated with the legal process of foreclosures in NY, NJ, and PA.

Key ResponsibilitiesUpdate the firm's internal case management system and client systems accuratelyDraft and proofread legal documents, providing support to attorneys in a time-sensitive environmentCoordinate court appearances and communicate effectively with clients and opposing counselRequired Qualifications, Training, and EducationMinimum of a High School Diploma;

an associate degree in legal services or finance is preferredAt least 2 years of relevant work experience is preferredFamiliarity with case and document management software is requiredExperience with client systems such as Loansphere, Lenstar, and others is preferredGood understanding of the legal process surrounding foreclosure is preferred
