CNC Supervisor

Paying $34 / HR - $38 / HR

Location - Oak Grove, OR

Responsibilities :

• Workflow management and coordination.
• Troubleshooting setups for new product runs.
• Light code editing as needed.
• Set up and operation of CNC and manual mills / lathes as needed.
• First article inspections.
• Quality print reading / inspection.

Materials include :

• Mostly carbon / tool steel.
• Aluminum.
• Stainless.
• Some bronze.
• Some plastic.

Qualifications :

Interpersonal conflict resolution, real-time feedback, production coordination.

Environment / Shift :

• Good health benefits, stable / consistent work, good working environment. The crew typically gets along very well.
• Day shift : M-F 5am-2 : 30pm (5x8s).
