Our Malaga WA Mining branch specializes in industrial parts and equipment for the mining industry. We are looking for a mechanically minded person with a drive and willingness to learn our industry.

As an internal salesperson within the mining sector, you will be a key player in our efforts to providing essential service to our clients.

By maintaining and building client relationships while also to help in expanding our market presences.

What your days look like :

• Attend to customer enquiries via phone, email and over the counter.
• Service Key Accounts autonomously.
• Source product to meet daily customer needs through our vast internal and external supply chain.
• Utilize your experience to provide solutions for customers.
• Understand customers' urgency, needs, and identify sales opportunities.
• Work closely with Account managers and our Engineering Team to identify new account prospects and Engineering Solutions opportunities.

As part of the Internal Sales Team, you will be reporting to the Branch Manager.

Who are you?

• Mechanical aptitude with bearing and power transmission knowledge is desirable.
• Good Customer service skills through proven work history
• Computer literate at an intermediate level
• Be willing to get roll your sleeves up, be a team player with a can-do attitude.
• Have a great phone manner and a strong service ethic.
• Solution-oriented approach to problems , we love helping customers.
• An interest in technical / mechanical operations.
