iRobot is seeking a talented Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator / Developer to help administer, maintain, and support development of marketing campaigns through iRobot’s Digital Marketing Platform.

What You Will Do :
- Administer the platform to add users, profiles, roles, and permissions, create data extensions, segmentations, reports, and dashboards.
- Support development of all Marketing Cloud Personalization components (templates, content zones, updates to site map, third-party integrations, triggers, etc.).
- Lead discussions and collaborate in identifying triggers and developing solutions.
- Lead and support the roll-out of Personalization, which includes the development of multi-channel journeys across email, web, ad, and app.
- Develop solutions and approaches to ensure cleanliness of data from multiple sources including monitoring data quality and integrity, data migrations, and data integration.
- Design and develop high-quality code to improve platform reliability, availability, and scalability.
- Develop and design data integration workflows across different studios and platforms to support Marketing initiatives.
- Anticipate issues and risks and escalate appropriately.
To Be Successful You Will Have :
- 5+ years of hands-on professional experience as an Administrator / Developer of Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Experience working on integration and implementation of different Salesforce marketing technologies (Marketing Cloud, Interaction Studio, Social / Ad Studio, Mobile Studio, etc.) globally.
- Hands-on experience with setting up Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization templates, content zones, and site map.
- Hands-on experience with writing advanced SQL and AMPscript languages.
- Knowledge of Salesforce security, standard and customized functionality, and basic architecture.
- Excellent communication skills and a problem-solving attitude.
- Prior experience working in Direct to Consumer marketing.
- Solid understanding of / experience with data modeling and querying as it pertains to Marketing Cloud.
- Understanding of web technologies including HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript.
