Provides guests and staff with a clean and orderly environment
Job Duties and Responsibilities :

- Provides guests and staff with clean and orderly gaming and work environment by scrubbing floors, cleaning and dusting vents, ceiling tiles, walls, columns, lights, and light fixtures following established procedures.
- Ensures the cleanliness of casino and office carpets by vacuuming daily, chemically pre-treating spots, and running the hot water deep-cleaning machine on a monthly basis following established procedures.
- Maintains the deep-cleaning machinery by draining, cleaning, and airing out machinery after each use.
- Assists the Environmental Services Shift Supervisor by reporting the amounts of chemicals, equipment and supplies used, minimizing waste of product, and reporting any defective or damaged machinery and / or equipment.

Education and Experience :
Essential :
- 1 year experience with floor and carpet care equipment
- 1 year of housekeeping and / or custodial experience
Desirable :
High School Diploma, High School Certificate of Completion, or GED
Skills and Knowledge :
Essential :
- Working knowledge of deep-cleaning chemicals
- Ability to use hot water dirt extractors
- Ability to use power wash equipment
- Ability to communicate effectively in the English language
- Ability to read in the English language
- Ability to stand and walk for up to ten hours at a time
- Ability to lift, push and pull up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to reach, kneel and bend
- Ability to appear for work on time
- Ability to complete forms
