Knowledge / Qualifications Required
- Line Cook experience with an emphasis on plated meals cooked to order
- The ability to roast, saut, and braise proteins and vegetables
- Produce menu items pertaining to diets and special events
- Understanding and knowledge of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
- Three years' experience working in high production kitchen with quality standards in preparation and presentation is preferred
- Able to work independently and create soups & daily specials from scratch
- Valid Washington State Food Handler permit required
Skills / Aptitudes
- Be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about our menu items
- Ability to take direction and work effectively under pressure
- Be a supportive team player and assist other cooks as needed
- Have a strong work ethic and be committed to high quality service
- Possess good communication skills-Show up on time for every shift ready to work
Work Schedule
- Part Time 25-32 Hrs a week
- Fri,Sat,Sun shifts available. The Club is closed on Mondays
- Must be able to work Holidays & Special Events
- Must be able to pass drug screening and background check (cannabis okay)
