Summary of Functions
Fast Casual Team Members need to possess the ability to be flexible with their essential job functions daily and learn a variety of skillsets from FOH operations to BOH production.
Responsible for delivering an exceptionally high level of guest service and superior quality of products. Be versatile and accommodating to the ever-changing landscape of your assigned area, as this will enviably change day to day or on a per shift basis.
Adheres to the Core Purpose and Core Values established by the Executive Team and Tribal Council.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Always exemplify the Core Purpose and Core Values; make guests and Team Members feel special.
- Greet all guests with joy and enthusiasm, demonstrate a positive attitude, welcoming body language, and smile.
- Always do your best to accommodate the needs of our guests; ensure the highest standards of guest and Team Member satisfaction are maintained.
- With a positive attitude and commitment to success, adhere to all venue operational guidelines, including but not limited to policies and procedures, handbooks, food preparation, cooking, safety, and cleanliness standards.
- Take Pride in preparing and cooking all venue-specific food products according to recipe and company standards.
- Serves wine, bottled beer, and or canned cocktails.
- Ability to maintain awareness of your surroundings while effectively prioritizing the Core Purpose.
- Keep front-of-house and back-of-house areas always stocked and spotless.
- Demonstrate trustworthiness and flexibility towards other team members and assist others when able.
- Accountable to the organization and department goals, objectives, and policies.
- Create a welcoming environment by engaging with guests while performing all job functions.
- Anticipate guests' needs; always be thoughtful.
- Perform all other tasks as requested by an F&B Supervisor or above.
- Active participation in pre-shift and post-shift huddles.
- Accountable and responsible for cash drawers and acceptable forms of payment, ensuring compliance with all applicable standards.
- Ensure compliance with Tribal and applicable Federal and State laws.
- Available and willing to work any changes in hours deemed necessary for business levels.
- May be required to be a panelist for the Internal Review Board Hearings.
- Responsible for maintaining a good attendance record.

Other Requirements :
- Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Tribal Work Permit.
- Payment Card Industry Training
- Mandatory Alcohol Server Training (MAST) certification.
- Food handler's permit from the relevant government agency.
- Hepatitis A vaccination.
- Available and willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Available and willing to work any changes in hours deemed necessary for Business Levels.
