PositionSummary :

An experiencedapplication engineer you will be confident working in Life Sciencesto successfully deliver our solution to the delight of customers.

To develop deep knowledge of LIMS ELN and SDMS products and theirapplication within the Laboratory setting are essential for successwith a goal of becoming an expert in the configuration anddeployment of Sapio Sciencesproducts.

EssentialResponsibilities include the following : (Otherduties may be assigned.)

• Build andmaintain an indepth understanding of Sapio Sciences products andservices.
• Work with theSapio Sciences team to develop and deploy solutions for thecustomer.
• Work closelywith the Business Analysts and Solution Architects to understandthe business requirements andprocesses.
• Configure theSapio products to meet time budget quality and customer successcriteria.
• Train customerson the configuration and use of the Sapio Sciencesproducts.
• Supportcustomers in the subsequent implementation of theconfiguration.
• Supportcustomer deliverables as defined by the SA / BA in the subsequentimplementation of theconfiguration.
• Providehelp on support portal to address customers questions and issues ona rotating basis.
• FollowSapio Sciences agile deploymentmethodology.
• Documentcustomer feedback and ensure issues are addressed to provide thebest customer experience and ultimate success of theproject.
• Meticulouslymanage all AE related deployment servicesdocumentation.

Niceto have / Preferredexperience :

• ADegree or equivalent in ComputerScience.
• Experienceprogramming inJava.
• Experience workingwith JIRA in a supportcapacity .
• LifeSciences experience working within a Lab (preferably introducingnew ITsolutions).
• Experiencewith configuring either LIMS or ELN or similarsoftware.
• Knowledge of oneor more of GWT MySQL Oracle Tomcat LinuxAWS.
