firstPRO is now accepting resumes for a Change Deployment Lead. This is a 12+month contract and fully remote. Must reside in Massachusetts.
As part of the Global Program & Enablement team, you work closely with the Regional HR Leaders on overseeing change activities for project deployments.
What you will do
- You will lead and shape the change management in the deployment of approved project changes to bring and drive value to your Regional colleagues
- You will partner with HR teams to socialize and get their input into plans for deployment - coming together as one voice’
- Bring focus to ensuring the business, HR (inc. our outsourced r 3rd party partners) are prepared for the changes(business readiness) ahead of the deployment
- Educate and coach colleagues and stakeholders across the business as part of revised ways of working in the deployment of changes
- Project Manage full projects or workstreams as required working inline with our approved standards be that Agile and / or Waterfall or a blend of both!
- Keep your Regional stakeholders informed and engaged, building deep trusting relationships
What you will bring
- Experienced HR professional with project management experience / Change Mgmt Certification is a plus
- Business acumen and pragmatic mindset with a focus on business outcomes when managing HR programs
- A depth of hands on experience of driving behavioral change across different population group
- Self-starter way of working, you don’t wait to be asked - you proactively take the lead and initiative
- A legacy whereby you are seen and recognized as someone who puts the customer at the core of their thinking
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills with the ability to influence and build relationships across a broad range of stakeholders.
- Ability to strategically connect dots across the HR program landscape, seeking out interdependencies and opportunities to bundle communication and training
- Skilled at fostering collaboration and connectedness across a regional team
