Bloomberg News seeks a reporter to cover the tel, cable TV and satellite industries, includingpanies such as AT&T,cast and Elon Musk's Starlink.

Mobile telephony and internet access touch every American, and this job presents an opportunity to write about a dynamic industry from business, technology and regulatory perspectives.

This reporter will be expected to explain how big cable and satellitemunications providers are managing cord-cutting and the shift to online TV viewing.

The beat will involve the new generation of TV distributors, such as Amazon, Google and Roku, and it will include emerging technologies, such as satellite phones.

We also expect the reporter to follow the inner workings of the Federalmunicationsmission as they relate to a range of business issues, from merger approvals and regulation enforcement to broadband access for disadvantagedmunities.

• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, ability to work steadily and calmly under pressure

Salary Range : 90,000 - 120,000 USD Annually + Benefits + Bonus

The referenced salary range is based on thepany's good faith belief at the time of posting. Actualpensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, education / training and skill level.
