Do you like the idea of an integration / support role in orthodontics? Do you or have you worked with a large DSO? Our client is expanding their North America DSO Integration / Support Team and seeking talented, passionate, and collaborative people to join our dynamic group.

The DSO Integration & Support Specialist role reports to the Director of Special Markets. This remote-based position is integral to the initial experience of of providers working within a large DSO group based in Southern CA.

This DSO Integration & Support Specialist Team strives to redefine the customer on-boarding experience through exceptional instruction and educational support.

Our client's team of passionate people develops learning paths, tools and content to increase productivity and ease any learning curves associated with introducing a new product into DSO practices.

This role will partner closely with sales team members and Customer Support to drive common goals of great customer experience through product trial, case acceptance and ultimately- adoption.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Accountable for execution of DSO customer integration process
  • Responsible for proactively scheduling timely training and on-boarding touch points with accounts
  • Design, develop and deliver customer focused technical support and product training
  • Adapts presentation technique and style to meet audience needs
  • Collaborate with sales and customer support to ensure a smooth on-boarding experience for each account
  • Create videos, presentations and / or written guides and protocols to support on-boarding as needed
  • Influence utilization of product through value-add support and delivery of materials identified through needs analysis
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve product and / or clinical concerns from customers
  • Serve as subject matter expert to internal teams regarding physical product and software
  • Drive commercial strategy initiatives specific to on-boarding and customer conversion
  • Identify process improvements related to customer on-boarding, proactively bring recommendations to management team
  • Develop feedback loops, ensuring voice of customer is heard in product development, sales, support, marketing and relevant cross functional teams
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with accounts
  • Perform common orthodontic practice IT troubleshooting (firewall, I / O scanner integration, windows applications, network performance) as it relates to usage of the product
  • Reports on key success metrics related to integration process

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Orthodontic Clear Aligner Therapy experience required, preferably in healthcare, technology, or business-related field
  • Minimum of 3 years work experience with orthodontic manufacturer or orthodontic specialty practice
  • DSO / OSO provider experience, ideally
  • Advanced computer skills- knowledgeable of 3D orthodontic treatment planning software programs
  • Deep understanding of orthodontic practice operations and team dynamics
  • Exceptional virtual presentation and strong communication (written and oral) skills required
  • Demonstrates in-depth knowledge or experience of orthodontic mechanics via aligner therapy
  • Demonstrates working knowledge of adult learning theory
  • Flexible and adaptable- handles change confidently and able to shift priorities and adapt to rapid progress
  • Extremely organized and detail oriented, assures all aspects of customer needs are accounted for
  • Proactive and creative problem solver
  • Biased towards action with a "get-things done" attitude
  • Proficient using Windows, Microsoft office products, virtual presentation programs

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

This is a remote based role with travel to accounts in Texas and the South Central U.S. Up to 50% travel is required.
