Friends4Life (F4L) is hiring a responsible, caring, and compassionate House Manager in Sandy, Utah. We're a small but dedicated provider supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Position Details :
- Title : Residential House Manager (RHS)
- Location : Sandy, Utah
- Hours : Full-time (40 hours / week)
Shifts :
- Morning : 9 am - 3 pm
- Swing : 3 pm - 9 pm
- Grave : 9 pm - 9 am
Responsibilities :
- Assist clients in achieving their goals and daily needs.
- Create a positive, engaging, and supportive environment.
- Supervise self-administered medication.
- Document client progress.
- Transport clients using personal or company vehicles.
- Maintain health and safety standards.
- Schedule and manage staff shifts.
- Coordinate weekly shopping and medical appointments.
- Be on-call to cover shifts as needed.

Requirements :
- 1+ year of experience as a residential house manager or similar role
- Valid driver’s license and active auto insurance
- Clean driving record
- CPR, First Aid, and Food Handlers Certification (we provide certification if needed)
- Pass a criminal background check
- Physical ability to perform tasks such as cleaning, cooking, and assisting with personal care
