North Eastern Services (NES) is looking for a Residential House Manager to work at our Orem Office location. About NES : Working at NES will give you the opportunity to assist adults with disabilities in their homes and in the community.
It will be your responsibility to follow an individualized life-skills curriculum for our individuals as they progress towards independent living.
As a House Manager, your responsibilities will include : Planning, Supervising, and Participating in activities with the individuals at home or in the community.
Coaching, Mentoring, and Supporting Individuals with their goals to improve their knowledge, skills, and abilities. Assist Individuals in maintaining a clean and orderly personal appearance and residence.
Provide proper supervision to individuals to ensure health, safety, and well-being. Administer medications to individuals according to the Medication Administration Record (MAR) Complete all daily documentation in a timely manner.
Assist individuals with meal planning and preparation. Driving individuals to / from appointments Overseeing staff and ensuring they receive the necessary training ensure the individuals medical and financial needs are met.
Capable of communicating well in both verbal and written form Ability to prioritize work Conduct house meeting and attend manager meetings Requirements : · Must be 21 years or older · Must be able to work full-time hours (Afternoons from 3pm-9pm or anytime on the weekends) · Must be able to pass a full criminal background check · Must have a valid driver’s license and social security card for background check Experience Preferred Pay : 17+ (DOE) Powered by JazzHR
