They will serve as an end-to-end owner on partnership programs specifically in the contingent labor and IT service space.
They will be responsible for understanding project needs, the researching and evaluating potential partners to satisfy the need.
As the finalize a partner, they will handle the negotiation on partnership terms and manage the relationship in terms of performance (KPIs, SLAs, etc.
They will also work to track artifacts or products to ensure they can report on the overall cost / output. The goal would be to work within the framework provided, vs someone who would be more strategic about building process while they have some maturity to build, they prefer to have someone that can follow a framework instead of creating it.
