KORE1, a nationwide provider of staffing and recruiting solutions, has an immediate opening for a Maintenance Engineer.
- The duties and responsibilities of a Maintenance Engineer include but are not limited to having a strong fundamental knowledge of engineering and project management principles;
- making data driven decisions, developing experimental test cases, providing technical leadership to all areas; planning and leading projects coordinated with operation and maintenance teams;
- developing and maintaining our preventative and predictive maintenance programs; working with area maintenance teams to troubleshoot plant issues;
- driving process improvements; fostering mutually beneficial partnerships when developing scope of work with potential vendors;
and creating and maintaining the plant and equipment drawing / document management system.
Minimum Qualifications :
- 4-year Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering, or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years' relevant work experience
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience in the steel making industry
- Ability to obtain a Professional Engineers License
- Proficient with AutoCAD and / or SolidWorks software
- Strong computer skills including proficiency with EAM / ERP software
- Develop solutions from concept to implementation
