We need a HVAC Install or Service team member, we welcome skills and can train the rest! Start out at $20 per hour and have room to grow up to $42 per hour!
Duties and Responsibilities for HVAC Install or Service :
- All aspects of HVAC Install or Service
- Assist lead technician in all HVAC system installations and repairs
- If not already, will become skilled and knowledgeable in replacement and repair of HVAC systems
- Be efficient and accurate, attn to detail
- Know how to establish customer rapport to ensure highest levels of satisfaction
- Show yourself as professional and knowledgeable to win new referrals and repeat business
- Support lead technicians in maintaining clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck
- Participate actively in all formal exercises and on-the-job training to master installations
- Assist in completing accurate and timely paperwork
Skills and Qualifications for HVAC Install or Service :
- Ability to lift more than 50 pounds
- Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities
- Strong verbal and written communications
- High integrity with advanced social skill and ability to make solid connections

- Outgoing personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment

- Must pass a background check, a pre-employment drug screening
- Must have a clean, safe driving record and valid Oregon Drivers License to drive company van / truck
- Must provide some of your own basic tools
Job Details for HVAC Install and Service :
- Regular Shift : Mon-Fri 7am - 4 pm - flexible schedule!
- $20.00 - 42.00 / hr depending on skills
