Our client in the manufacturing industry is seeking a General Production Associate - Entry Level to join their team. As a General Production Associate - Entry Level, you will be part of the Production Department supporting the Third Shift team.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to lift 50 lbs consistently, a high school diploma or GED is preferred, and entry-level with little or no prior manufacturing production experience required which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title : General Production Associate - Entry Level

Location : Lockport, IL

Pay Range : $19 per hour

What's the Job?

• An all-encompassing position operating assigned machinery and / or equipment operation and / or the physical loading / unloading of materials in a safe and productive manner in accordance with Operational Standard Work and supervisor instructions.
• Operate equipment associated with producing units and / or operate material handling equipment as assigned.
• Follows all applicable safety policies and practices, including but not limited to, use of all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), ensuring machine guards and safety features are working, and promoting good safety practices.
• May load and unload raw good and / or finished products.
• Visual inspection of product to ensure quality.

• Must be willing and able to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as requested
• Must submit pre-placement background check
