Role : Vascular Sonographer
Location : Atlanta, Georgia, 30342
Shift Type : 8hrs Day Shift
Job Description :
- Conduct vascular ultrasound examinations, including Doppler studies and duplex imaging.
- Prepare and maintain ultrasound equipment and ensure its proper functioning.
- Obtain and review patient medical histories and perform preliminary assessments.
- Analyze and interpret ultrasound images to assist in diagnosis.
- Document findings in patient records and prepare reports for physicians.
- Educate patients about the procedures and provide support during examinations.
- Stay updated with advancements in vascular imaging technology and techniques.
Education :
Associate's or bachelor's degree in diagnostic medical sonography or a related field.
Required Certifications / Documents :
- Min of 2 years of experience within specialty.
- Required BLS
- ARDMS Cert
- MUST have Vascular experience.
