Home Instead® is looking for a reliable, organized individual to join our team!
Our mission is to enhance the lives of aging adults and their families. This position within the office is at the center of the business and works with our Care Professionals, Clients, and their families to manage and schedule their care.
While this position centers around administrative tasks, this role also has one-on-one interaction with our aging clients, their families, and our Care Professional staff.
This person must thrive in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent organizational skills, Microsoft Office and technical proficiency, and a willingness to work successfully on multiple tasks at the same time.
- Empathy for aging adults and an understanding of how best to support them and their family
- Critical thinking skills and the ability to work creatively and at times independently to produce an optimum solution.
- Ability to work with a sense of urgency, while being meticulous to detail.
- Candidate must have a high sense of professionalism and be procedure oriented.
Requirements :
- High school graduation or the equivalent; Associates Degree or higher education preferred; caregiving experience is highly preferred
- One year of related business experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience may be considered
- Availability to complete on-call duties on a rotational basis
- Must have a vehicle, current driver’s license, and current automobile insurance.
- Driving record review, criminal background check, and drug screen conducted in hiring process.
This position is a full-time, Monday through Friday hourly position with occasional evening and weekend hours as needed.
