Entry Level Recruiter

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Identifying potential candidates through various channels including job boards, LinkedIn, online searches, referrals, and professional networks.
- Conducting interviews with prospective candidates.
- Assisting candidates in preparing for interviews with client companies by reviewing resumes, discussing client requirements, and conducting mock interviews.
- Following up with candidates post-interview to summarize discussions and outline next steps.
- Extending job offers and managing the offer process for successful candidates.
- Maintaining contact with candidates during their assignments to ensure their needs are met.
SKILLS :
- Strong interpersonal and written communication abilities are essential as communication forms the core of this role. Demonstrating effective listening, comprehension, explanation, and collaboration skills is crucial.
- Enjoyment of working closely with people.
- High level of self-motivation and determination.
- Leadership qualities and a competitive spirit are advantageous.
- Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment when dealing with businesses and individuals.
