- Ensures that contractors and University construction department involved in new construction and / or renovation projects conducted on properties managed by Property Management meet all project / contract requirements in a timely manner.
- Guarantees that all projects are completed to a level of standard upheld by Property Management.
- Assists and / or oversee the scheduling of contractors responsible for the upkeep of assigned properties.
- Helps in the coordination of all parties involved in assigned projects.
- Aids and / or oversee the completion and accuracy of documentation and financial aspects of the project.
- Oversees special projects requested by Property Management, including summer transition of all managed properties.
Minimum Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Building Science, Architecture, Engineering, or related field
Level I - Bachelor’s degree
Level II Bachelor’s degree plus 2 years of experience in construction project administration
Level III Bachelor’s degree plus 4 years of experience in construction project administration
Substitutions allowed for Experience :
