RESPONSIBILITIES
Ride along with our transport vans and act as the liasion between our practice and the patient's facility.
Work with multiple facilities to ensure the safe and comfortable transportation of our patients to and from the surgical center.
Work with the scheduled patient's facility to confirm timely pick up and delivery of patient.
Retrieve signed confirmations of patient deliveries.
Must be willing to work from the first patient pick up through to the last patient delivery.
QUALIFICATIONS
Ability to work within a strict schedule.
Ability to multi-task and pivot.
Ability to work within a team setting.
Excellent communication skills.
Willing to work a 12+ hour shift.
Willing to begin as early as 5am or earlier.
BLS certificate
2 - 3 years relevant experience
EDUCATION
High School Diploma
Medical Assistant or LPN Certificate a plus.
