Pay Range : $100 - $110 / hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee the entire software development process, including requirement gathering, design, architecture, development, testing, and deployment of the new iOS mobile application
- Evaluate and develop software solutions
- Create and manage project timelines, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time and within scope
- Document development requirements
- Work closely with stakeholders across multiple organizational levels to gather requirements, provide demos, conduct testing, and ensure alignment with business goals
- Provide technical mentorship to other developers on the team, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience :
- Key Skills; IOS / Apple Apps, ChatBot, NLP
- Proven experience as a lead software architect or in a similar role for IOS or hybrid platforms
- Strong software development background
- Experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS)
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to plan, track, and deliver projects on time
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Experience in mentoring and leading development teams.
- Experience with chatbot development, NLP, and branching content.
