A company is looking for a Facility Security Officer (FSO) contractor to manage the Facility Clearance (FCL) process and ensure compliance with government security requirements.
Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and coordinate the FCL application process with the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA)Establish and implement security policies and procedures in compliance with NISPOMProvide security training and ensure adherence to security protocols among employeesQualifications3-5 years of experience as an FSO, security manager, or consultant managing the FCL processIn-depth knowledge of NISPOM and FCL / PCL requirementsExperience working with the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA)Previous experience with IT services or engineering companies is a plusActive TS / SCI clearance required
