Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue sales leads in the South East region to generate new catering business.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service.
- Create and present customized catering proposals and packages to clients.
- Collaborate with the catering team to ensure seamless execution of events and client satisfaction.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets to contribute to the overall success of the catering department.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in catering sales or a related role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Knowledge of hospitality and catering industry trends.
- Experience in creating and presenting sales proposals.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel as required.
