We're currently seeking a motivated and dedicated Fundraising Events Assistant to join our dynamic event fundraising team.

If you're passionate about supporting meaningful causes and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this opportunity is perfect for you! Responsibilities : Assisting in the planning and execution of fundraising events.

Coordinating event logistics, including preparing and organizing materials and supplies for events. Supporting the creation and distribution of promotional materials for events.

Engaging with donors, sponsors, and participants to ensure successful event outcomes. Conducting market research to identify potential sponsors and fundraising opportunities.

Providing administrative support to the fundraising team, including maintaining records and managing correspondence. Monitoring and reporting on the success of fundraising events, offering insights for future improvements.

Collaborating with internal teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all event-related activities. Key Responsibilities : Assisting in the development and implementation of event plans and timelines.

Coordinating with vendors and service providers to ensure all event needs are met. Supporting the fundraising team in meeting financial targets and goals.

Assisting with donor and sponsor communications, including thank you letters and follow-ups. Helping manage event registrations and attendee communications.

Supporting event promotion through social media, email campaigns, and other marketing channels. Desired Skills & Experience : Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Detail-oriented with a strong attention to accuracy.

Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing situations. Passion for making a positive impact through fundraising and community engagement.
