Selling Center Design Specialist

Join our team as a SELLING CENTER DESIGN SPECIALIST (SCDS)! We offer comprehensive training and an hourly + commission compensation plan.

You will be responsible for Tuff Shed sales at the Shorewood Home Depot location and you will receive commission on sales made at this location.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Tuff Shed's Partnership with Home Depot : Tuff Shed has an agreement with Home Depot (HD). As a Selling Center Design Specialist (SCDS), you will be the liaison between HD, its customers, and Tuff Shed.

You will work directly with the HD Store and its Associates onsite, answering questions about Tuff Shed and assisting in making sales.

• You will be responsible for driving sales growth and providing exceptional design consultation services to our clients at your assigned Home Depot Store.
• You will leverage their employees and customer traffic to generate leads and sales.
• Working weekends, you will plan, coordinate, and attend weekend events at your Home Depot store.
• Utilize our CRM tool to update your customer interactions and next steps.
• Build strong relationships with The Home Depot store leaders and train their associates on our products.
• Maintain our display sheds for presentation and cleanliness.

WHAT MAKES A SUCCESSFUL TUFF SHED SELLING CENTER DESIGN SPECIALIST?

• Ability to work weekends is a must.
• Self-direction and the ability to work independently and build relationships.
• Customer service experience is a big plus.
• Sales experience preferred, including direct sales, internet, or phone sales.
• Enjoy training others and demonstrate product knowledge.
• Ability to listen to customers and answer their needs.
• Proven computer skills and the aptitude to learn new software such as CRM.
