GTN is seeking a skilled professional for a hybrid role based in Tennessee. This direct hire opportunity involves both remote and in-office work.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, develop, implement, maintain, and support ERP systems, including data, programs, and integrations.
- Provide ERP functional expertise in data management, warehouse / inventory management, accounting, finance, and sales.
- Perform ETL data imports, exports, and modifications.
- Develop reporting solutions using various tools and recommend strategies for database design, development, and support.
- Conduct ongoing maintenance and review of application systems and programs.
- Engage in all levels of testing, including unit testing, integration, and user acceptance testing.
- Offer technical assistance by addressing inquiries related to errors, problems, or program questions.
- Train end users or technical support staff on program usage.
- Participate in management meetings and provide updates on IT business development projects.
- Occasionally travel overnight (less than 10%).
- Adapt positively to change.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, software engineering, or a related field, or equivalent education / experience in related activities.
- 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Proven experience with Microsoft SQL Server, .NET, VB.Net, C#, and other programming languages.
- Proven experience in analyzing, optimizing, and administering ERP systems;Epicor ERP development experience, including .
Net forms customizations, BAQs, and BPMs, is preferred.
