- General Manager : Maximum age limit is 45 years as of 1 January 2012.
Relaxation in the maximum age limit will be provided to reserved category candidates as per government directives.
Educational Qualification :
- Senior General Manager : Degree in the concerned engineering discipline from a recognized institute or university, with a minimum of 21 years of relevant experience.
- General Manager : Degree in the concerned discipline from a recognized institute or university, with a minimum of 18 years of relevant experience.
No. of Posts : A total of 11 posts are available.
- Senior General Manager : 5 posts available (Mines-1, Geology-1, Environmental Engineering-1, Marketing & Logistics-1, Projects-1)
- General Manager : 6 posts available (Mines-2, Mechanical Maintenance-1, Civil Engineering-1, Personnel-1, Finance-1)
Pay Scale :
- Senior General Manager : Consolidated salary of Rs. 18500-23900 per month.
- General Manager : Consolidated salary of Rs. 17500-22300 per month.
