The head of Business Development will be in the role of building a new and strategic function at DeepScribe. We’re looking for a director or VP to set the strategic vision for the function, begin building the function, and strategically build a team to execute on the foundation they’ve created.
The impact of this role will be highly visible and focused on generating and driving future revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement net-new business growth strategies
- Identify and build channel partnerships, particularly revenue-focused partnerships
- Develop the long-term strategic vision for the growth function
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics
- Provide insights and recommendations to the executive team
- Collaborate with other departments to align strategies and goals
- You’ll lean in and build the function yourself, from scratch, then expand to develop a team
Requirements
- Proven experience in a growth-related role within the healthcare industry
- Strong background in building successful channel partnerships
- Excellent leadership and strategic planning skills
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and make informed decisions
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Successful experience as both a strategic leader and an individual contributor

$200,000 - $300,000 OTE
