Our office is expanding, and we are looking to hire the right individual to join our Team. This position is crucial in supporting the daily operations of our agency.

Somebody who can provide exceptional service to our current clients, process billing tickets and past due inquires, processing policy change requests, and maintain knowledge of our products.

Insurance industry or office experience and knowledge is not required but would be a greater benefit.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer policy change requests.
  • Provide Support to agents and manager, including scheduling appointments, call delegation, and handling correspondence.
  • Prepare and modify documents including evidence of insurance requests, emails, and client updates.
  • Payment Processing
  • Verify client data to ensure system is updated and accurate.
  • Maintain knowledge of new products.
  • Maintain client relationships
  • Claim calls.

  • Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
  • Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
  • Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
  • Excellent Communication / interpersonal skills.
  • A Property & Casualty license is preferred but will train good individual.
  • A Life & Health license is preferred but will train good individual.
  • Professional phone etiquette.
  • No insurance experience required but must be willing to learn
