Description
The Jr Travel Consultant work on-site in Mexico City.
They immerse themselves in hands-on experience in visa applications, enhancing their skills by working alongside experienced Consultants who support exciting projects.
The tasks include, but are not limited to :
- Ensure all applications are opened and processed according to the process workflows and within the specific time's frames.
- Update to traveler profiles with current information
- Provide accurate information for all visa information requests.
- Answer directed calls and emails in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepares various documents to be submitted to various embassies / consular offices according to their standards.
- Ensure that all Service Level Agreement (SLA’s) standards are met or exceeded.
- Ensure that all required travel documents are returned to the traveler in accordance with their date required.
- First point of contact for escalations as they arise, resolving the issue successfully with the client.
- Comply to the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and CIBT’s Consulate Compliance Policy.
- Other duties as assigned by the manager.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor Degree in a related field.
- Work experience in corporate or customer service environments.
- Ability to handle fast changes in volume.
- Ability to work with tight deadlines and prioritize.
- Strong analytical ability.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Speak and write in Spanish coherently, warmly, and objectively.
- Willingness to learn, ask questions, investigate, and understand the department's processes.
