Job Description

A top IT consulting firm is looking for a software tester to join an IT consulting company for a year long contract with possible extensions.

This individual can sit remote anywhere in the EST time zone but will have to be willing to travel up to 3-4 times a year to Tallahassee.

The main responsibilities of the software tester is responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our software applications through rigorous testing and quality assurance processes.

You will work closely with our development and product teams to identify and resolve issues, ensuring that our software meets the highest standards before release.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, Information Systems or Business Administration
  • Proven experience as a Software Tester or Quality Assurance Engineer.
  • Strong experience with C# programming language.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for test case management, bug tracking, and continuous integration / continuous deployment (CI / CD) pipelines.
  • 5+ years of experience

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as a Software Tester or Quality Assurance Engineer.
  • Strong experience with C# programming language.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for test case management, bug tracking, and continuous integration / continuous deployment (CI / CD) pipelines.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
