Overview

  • Review, analyze and interpret data (referral, demographic, market research) as well as MSK’s clinical priorities to build target segmentation of top prospects, a territory plan and tailored messaging in Brooklyn / Queens territory.
  • Create outreach plans and strategies to foster stronger relationships between MSK physicians and their peers in the community.
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings with targeted physicians and practices to understand needs, help solve issues, build relationships, and ultimately increase referral opportunities.
  • Coordinate speaking opportunities, meetings, email campaigns and other touchpoints between key referring physicians and MSK physicians that will result in strengthened relationships and increased referrals for MSK.
  • Support campaign data segmentation, business intelligence, and decision support needs across the Physician Liaison team.
  • Develop outreach plans for new MSK physicians building their practices in NYC.
  • Build strong internal relationships with MSK clinicians.
  • Prepare reports summarizing field activities and track, measure, and assess liaison program impact.
  • Identify and help coordinate development of content, collateral, and research that will help engage community physicians.

Key Qualifications :

  • Marketing, clinical or a related field with 2-3+ years of sales, account management and / or marketing experience
  • 1-2 years Hospital or healthcare environment a plus
  • Database marketing and Data Analysis skills
  • Ability to lead presentations and speak knowledgably with physician audiences.
  • Ability to work cross functionally and interdepartmentally.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and apps
  • Comfort with communications tools, online professional networking platforms, and B2B engagement tools.

  • Willing to act and eager to embrace new challenges.
  • An effective communicator, capable of determining how best to reach different audiences and implementing communications based on that understanding.
  • Strong project management and writing skills.
  • Bilingual proficiency Spanish, Mandarin Chinese, French or Russian is preferred.

Additional Information :

  • Location : 633 Third Avenue
  • Reporting to the Senior Director, Marketing & Communication
  • Hybrid Schedule : Once a month or as needed for collaborative meetings.
  • Territories include NYC Brooklyn, Queens

Pay Range : $88,800 - $142,200
