Position Summary : Responsible for designing and implementing various methods, technologies and processes to store, share, analyze and manage data within the HRIS (UKG).
This position will serve as a consultant and technical subject matter expert (SME) for the HRIS system within the human resources department.
Key Job Elements :
- Develop and integrate ways to organize, manage and store data.
- Serve as technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) for assigned applications within the HR Technology modules.
- Own and maintain data integrity in systems through creation of appropriate configuration controls, standards, and processes, as well as regular audits of data.
- Partner and collaborate with business partners and / or key stakeholders within the HR team to provide guidance on innovative design and utilization, assisting them with achieving their strategic business goals
- Provide day to day support, analyze, and troubleshoot technical issues to provide prompt remediation
- Responsible for the administration, performance, and maintenance of the system applications assigned
- Provide technical support and partner with the HR team on the design of system integrations
- Engage and collaborate effectively with key stakeholders to maintain ongoing partnership with continuous improvement and innovative mindset, working to apply knowledge and strategies to meet demands
- Effectively Project Manage mid to large size projects using agile methodologies within designated timelines
- Conduct intake and translation of business requirements into processes and systems that drive efficient and consistent execution
- Design and execute testing strategies and plans, including the creation of detailed test scripts for QA and Regression testing
- Develop and maintain high-quality technical documentation such as SOWs, SOPs, System User Guides, etc.
- Support software releases : oversee implementation timelines, department partnership and internal coordination of activities with key stakeholders to ensure no impacts to our end-user population
- Regularly analyze work process design and flow to drive improvement in system functionality and user experience; create forms and workflows as necessary
- Collaborate with fellow department staff and network administrators to meet all departmental and organization goals.

Required Experience, Skills, and Abilities :
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology preferred, or equivalent experience
- 4-6 years of experience working with information technologies and systems analysis utilizing an enterprise-wide HR system or multiple systems
- 4+ years of UKG / KRONOS experience
- Familiar with People Analytics concepts and metrics
- Solid understanding of UKG Products preferred (or other similar HCM / HR / Payroll / Timekeeping systems / Recruiting / Compensation / Performance)
- Organized, meticulous and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Strong MS Excel Skills, including formulas, pivot tables and v-lookups
- Cognos Business Intelligence experience preferred (or similar report writing tools)
- SQL experience preferred
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Initiative-taker and independently driven
- Excellent documentation, stakeholder relationship management, and critical thinking skills
- Extensive data gathering, data investigation, problem solving, and data processing skills
