Our client is in the commercial real estate, architecture, and commercial space design industry. They have been growing at approximately 50% YoY for the past 3 years.

To continue that growth trajectory they are hiring onto several of their teams including their SDR team based in Austin.

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you'll be the first point of contact for potential customers. Your role will involve understanding their needs and introducing them to a very consultative system to develop a product and service that is right for their specific needs.

This is an excellent opportunity to hone your sales skills and start advancing in your new sales career.

What You'll Do :

  • Connect with Potential Customers : Use CRM, make cold calls, and send emails to generate new sales opportunities.
  • Identify and Meet Needs : Understand prospects' needs and recommend a suitable path to a solution.
  • Build Relationships : Establish and nurture long-term relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities.
  • Explore New Markets : Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
  • Schedule Meetings : Arrange meetings or calls between prospective customers and sales executives.
  • Report Results : Track and report your weekly, monthly, and quarterly achievements to the sales manager.

What We're Looking For :

  • Experience : 12 months in telephone / email-driven sales or a related field
  • Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Problem-Solving : A creative and analytical mindset
  • Ambition : A strong desire to grow and advance within the sales organization
