We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven individual with experience in Commercial Lines insurance to join our team as a Commercial Lines Account Manager .

This role involves preparing and marketing new and renewal proposals , quoting new business , processing endorsements , responding to customer inquiries , and cross-selling in collaboration with our agents .

You'll manage multiple accounts across various markets, requiring a deep understanding of product lines, excellent client communication skills, and strong task prioritization abilities.

• Comprehensive Client Support : Skillfully manage and update client accounts, including policy modifications, renewals, and issuance of insurance documents, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Relationship Building : Leverage your interpersonal skills to cultivate and sustain strong client relationships, focusing on client retention and generating referrals through exceptional service.
• Expertise in Quoting and Problem Solving : Utilize your deep industry knowledge to craft accurate and competitive insurance quotes, efficiently address and resolve client inquiries, and consistently uphold a professional, approachable demeanor that inspires trust and confidence.

Requirement

• Property & Casualty insurance license is required .
• 3-5 years of customer service and insurance experience .
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong general computer skills.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Self-starter with critical thinking skills and the ability to multi-task .
