Job Summary : As the Industrial Maintenance Manager, you'll step into a pivotal role where you'll plan, direct, organize, and supervise maintenance activities for our plant's equipment, building, and grounds.

Works closely with Senior Director, Engineering & Facilities and Plant Manager to reduce productive and total btu / pound by managing the compressed air system, steam generation & distribution system, process water system, wastewater treatment, and electricity usage.
Partner with plant management to ensure daily production goals are met at the designated quality level. Create and maintain a safe work environment in accordance with company policies, governmental regulations, OSHA and HLAC standards.
Provide an example of expected safety behaviors and procedures. Maintain the facility in "Like-New condition with regards to building condition, building security, building energy efficiency, building cleanliness as well as grounds keeping and landscaping.
Supervise maintenance staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling. Assists with writing and / or updating as necessary, the maintenance, housekeeping and safety policies and procedures manuals.
Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules and optimize parts inventory. Oversee installation and troubleshooting of production equipment.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant efficiency.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related discipline preferred.
Minimum of years of facilities maintenance supervisory experience in a manufacturing / production environment. Strong troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn new technologies.
