Estate and Trust AdministrativeParalegal

Aleading law firm based in Boston MA specializing in estate planningtrust administration and probate law. Our team of experiencedattorneys and paralegals is dedicated to providing highqualitylegal services to our clients helping them navigate thecomplexities of estate and trustmatters.

JobSummary :

We are seeking a highly organized anddetailoriented Estate and Trust Administrative Paralegal to joinour team. The successful candidate will be responsible forproviding administrative support to our estate planning and trustadministration attorneys as well as assisting with clientcommunications and document preparation.

KeyResponsibilities :

Assist attorneys withdrafting and reviewing estate planning documents including willstrusts and powers of attorney

Prepare and fileprobate and trust administration documents with the court

Maintain and organize client files including managingdeadlines and tracking important dates

Communicate with clients financial institutions and other partiesinvolved in estate and trust matters

Conductlegal research and prepare summaries for attorneys

Coordinate and schedule meetings appointments and courthearings

Assist with the preparation of taxreturns and other financial documents

Handleincoming calls and emails and direct inquiries to the appropriateperson

Other administrative tasks as needed tosupport the attorneys and clients

Qualifications :

Bachelors degreeand / or paralegal certificate from an accredited program

2 years of experience as an estate and trustparalegal

Strong understanding of estateplanning and trust administration processes

Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal researchdatabases

Excellent organizational andtimemanagement skills

Strong attention todetail and ability to prioritize tasks

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to handle confidential information withdiscretion

Experience with tax preparation andfilings is a plus
