Job title : Administrative / Float RBT Specialist, Bloomington Office
Direct Report : Fritz Kruggel-Bloomington Office
Rate of Hourly Compensation : All pay, including Admin hours, is at current RBT proficiency level (i.e. all hours will be your current base plus billable bonus).
In other words, this position pays the same amount for Administrative work as for Direct time.
Hours : Care Coordinator Area Manager will work with you to develop a schedule that can fit client and administrative needs.
Description : This is a full time position that guarantees a minimum of 30 hours per week. This job is for the experienced RBT who also excels at administrative work.
They will be part of the Bloomington leadership team (BCBAs and CCs), but will not have direct supervisory responsibilities.
Their job has two primary functions-1) to be able to provide direct care in a variety of contexts as a Float RBT and 2) to provide office administrative support.
When not in direct time, it is required that this individual be in the office unless arranged otherwise with their supervisor.
Although this position reports directly to the Exec Director, they work most closely with the Area CC Manager.
Float RBT Responsibilities :
- Make efforts to be trained and familiar with most clients and treatment plans so they provide call off coverage
- Willingness to work with a large variety of ages, acuity, and family situations
- Willingness to travel to all towns serviced by the Bloomington office (including but not limited to : Bloomington, Spencer, Martinsville, Bloomfield)
- Willingness to carry a caseload when necessary (sometimes up to 30 hours per week of direct time if needed)
- Commitment to drive as far as one hour each way if needed
Office Admin Support : This aspect includes the following tasks :
- Coordinating and / or cleaning and basic maintenance of Bloomington office
- Ordering and managing office supplies for the Bloomington office
- Running errands for the Bloomington leadership team
- Other duties and tasks assigned by the Bloomington leadership team
- Educating self on Google Apps, especially Google Sheets
- Tracking all time, tasks and "approved by" in Google Sheets
- Taking responsibility for communicating with the Leadership team, clarifying roles and apparent discrepancies, etc
