Soccer Programs Director

Performance Sports Center is searching for an enthusiastic and experienced Soccer Programs Director to lead and oversee all aspects of our soccer programs.

Position Summary :

The Soccer Director will manage all aspects of soccer operations, including youth development, clinics, camps, curriculum development, and player / parent relationships.

You will work closely with individual team leaders, coaches, and other internal departments (Operations, Marketing, etc.

to successfully fulfill your responsibilities.

Primary Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following :

• Plan, develop, and execute age-appropriate soccer curriculum that enhances players' abilities.
• Lead the hiring process, collaborating with the General Manager to find coaches who best fit our culture.
• Develop programming specifically targeted towards youth development, nurturing young players' skills and love for the game.
• Generate sales through strategic networking, building relationships, and creating strategic alliances with community organizations.
• Hire, train, manage, and motivate coaches, fostering a positive and supportive team environment.
• Actively manage each team alongside the coach, collaborating to create the most competitive team possible.
• Build positive and communicative relationships with players and parents, fostering a strong team atmosphere.

Minimum Qualifications :

• 2+ years of experience in travel and soccer coaching, with a proven track record of success.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex situations effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ensuring clear and concise communication with all stakeholders.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays, demonstrating dedication and commitment.
• Experience motivating, inspiring, and mentoring youth athletes, fostering a positive and encouraging environment.
• Preferred experience in soccer training with multiple ages, demonstrating versatility and adaptability.
• Must possess current CPR / FIRST AID certifications or be willing to obtain them within a specified period of time, prioritizing the safety and well-being of players.

Pay : $20.00 - $40.00 per hour
