SENIOR PRODUCER: GRAPHICS + CONTENT

ABOUT

We’re seeking a Senior Producer, Graphics + Content. The ideal candidate is a problem solver that knows every detail of any given graphics and 2D / 3D motion project and serves as the go-to’ for both clients and the DE-YAN team.

They know what to expect, what to do next, and where they need to be at all times. They’re responsible for shaping and managing creative projects that flow through the team, ensuring on-budget quality control, tracking and timely delivery / execution of all projects as well as shaping project management processes.

We believe in trust and responsibility you should be used to managing your own projects, and be able to work autonomously to create, contribute to and finish tasks on your own and with the studio team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the day-to-day aspects of graphics, motion graphics, and editorial projects through kickoff, ideation, design, development, and delivery
• Accurately estimate & develop project SOWs that clearly state client goals, deliverables, production schedules, and budgets
• Work alongside a team of graphic and motion graphics artists, assigning tasks to individuals and providing direction to ensure all assets address client feedback and meet project deadlines
• Manage execution of creative projects including resource allocation, deliverable timelines, project plans, production schedules, run of show, status updates, budgets
• Assist in sourcing, managing, and on-boarding and overseeing freelance production staff on a project-basis, as well as necessary contractors and consultants
• Lead meetings and calls, and effectively present / articulate production related work, as well as creative work when necessary
• Experience working in content and graphics in unusual outlets (OOH, experiential, show graphics) is a plus
• Create a positive and constructive team working relationship and atmosphere

QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of agency / studio experience producing graphics, and 2D / 3D motions content with at least 3 years in a supervisory role
• Ability to own a project from start to finish and lead members of the team for a smooth and efficient pipeline
• Has experience managing multiple clients and projects simultaneously
• Expert organization and prioritization skills
• Experience producing a variety of motion projects (2D + 3D), as well as graphic projects from branding to OOH campaigns and everything in between.
• Experience developing Scopes of Work and project plans for project budgets over $500,000
• Flexible attitude toward evolving responsibilities and environments
• Client-facing communication skills; ability to communicate with confidence and positivity
• Ability to deconstruct client feedback into actionable items for the creative team
• Extreme attention to detail
• Proficient in GSuite Applications (Drive, Slides, Docs, Sheets, etc)
• Desire to work in a fast-paced creative environment
