Fleet Compliance Manager

Critical Job Functions :

• Onboarding New ICs / Add’l Equipment, Penske rental and Unit swaps (active ICs).
• Review / approve equipment docs uploaded in TenStreet by recruiting.
• Equipment data entry TenStreet and Dossier.
• Document tagging / upload.
• DAC processing / Document Renewals.
• Ongoing development and utilization of Equipment Dashboard.
• Review / upload orientation generated forms.
• Release Locals and Linehauls.
• Assist with Penske invoice processing.
• Assist with Toll processing.
• Backup / Support of workflow as needed.

Job Requirements :

• Bachelor’s Degree or 5 years of experience in lieu of a degree
• Three years of equipment / DOT Compliance experience
• Experience in data entry
• Experience in title / licensing management
• Ability to effectively communicate internally and externally with field offices, insurance companies, government officials, attorneys, law enforcement agencies, consultants, and customers.
• Proficient personal computer skills including electronic mail, record keeping, manipulating databases and spreadsheets, word processing, graphics, Power Point, etc.
• Ability to prioritize, organize and delegate assignments.
• Handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Compensation :

$55,000 - $65,000 per year.
