Community Outreach Trainee Responsibilities :

  • Serve as the first point of contact for our customers, delivering exceptional service and support
  • Assist customers with inquiries, product information, order processing, and issue resolution, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
  • Identify and seize upselling and cross-selling opportunities to promote additional products or services to customers.
  • Build rapport and maintain relationships with customers, understanding their needs, preferences, and purchase history to offer personalized recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets, actively participating in sales initiatives and promotions.
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our products, features, and benefits to effectively communicate with customers and close sales.
  • Process sales orders and manage customer accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to provide insights and contribute to sales strategies.
  • Document customer interactions and transactions accurately in our CRM system, maintaining thorough and up-to-date records.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

Community Outreach Trainee Requirements :

  • Proven experience in customer service and sales roles, demonstrating strong performance in both areas.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence customer buying decisions.
  • Results-driven mindset with a passion for meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasive skills to drive sales conversions and upsell opportunities.
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with empathy, professionalism, and efficiency.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems, sales software, and standard office applications.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and customer demands.
  • Comfortable working in a sales-driven environment and collaborating with the sales team.
