Job Description
An Energy Management Systems company headquartered in Santa Fe Springs, CA is looking for a Siemens Technician to service their clients in the LA, OC, and Inland Empire area.
This person will be responsible for :
- Providing controls of systems from start up to commissioning stages (Siemens)
- Debugging installation issues during both the static and dynamic start up and commissioning of building controls
- Providing controls database, graphics, and programming for sequences
- Assist in estimation, design, installation, start up, commissioning, and training for building systems.
- Providing documentation for all projects
- Servicing existing installations to ensure all systems are operating efficiently and meet building occupancy codes,
- Preparing as-built drawings
Supporting installation personnel on project sites
Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience programming Siemens systems (including start up and troubleshooting)
5+ years of experience with database management
High level experience PPCL programming (basic central plants as a minimum)
Ability to troubleshoot basic electronic circuitry (including reading and interpreting diagrams)
Ability to take projects from start to finish (taking control drawings, building databases, downloading controllers, creating graphics, and commissioning the system)
HS Diploma
