Located in Icon Entertainment Group’s Southern Turf Building, Sinatra Bar & Lounge’s warm, intimate atmosphere features an extraordinary collection of Sinatra memorabilia, from ticket stubs and the official program from the singer’s 1976 performance at the Grand Ole Opry with Count Basie to curated photographs and several of Sinatra’s own paintings, as well as live music every day.
A carefully-cultivated menu includes some of Sinatra’s personal favorites, traditional Italian dishes, steaks, an array of classic cocktails and more.
Sinatra Bar & Lounge is also the only establishment in the world that serves Jack Daniel’s Sinatra Century the 100-proof bourbon created in 2015 for the centennial of Sinatra’s birth by the drink, a nod to the legendary singer’s role in elevating the Jack Daniel’s brand.

Sinatra Bar and Lounge is looking for Server Assistants to join our team in our new one-of-a-kind restaurant and lounge. Located in the historical Southern Turf Building with a Fourth Avenue North entrance in the heart of Downtown Nashville’s entertainment district Printers Alley.

Requirements and Responsibilities :
- Display exceptional hospitality with a focus on the guest experience
- Assists food servers in providing prompt and polite service to their guests
- Consistent, trustworthy, reliable and responsible
- Able to multitask, maintain organization with attention to cleanliness and safety
- Communicate clearly with servers and the culinary staff
- Running food to guests in an orderly and efficient manner
- Clearing and resetting tables in a timely unobtrusive manner
- Prioritization skills to complete tasks based on urgency and importance
- Respects and values teamwork alongside the vision of the restaurant
- Inform management of unsatisfied guests immediately
