We are a WMBE Certified Electrical Contractor.
The successful applicant will own the following assortment of skills plus 3 or more years of experience as a Electrical Estimator in the commercial / industrial industry : The applicant will be able to read plans, use estimating programs, know NEC code, and be familiar products.
Responsibilities of Estimator
- Oversee and manage commercial and residential estimating.
- Analyzing cost of labor and materials resulting in tender returns.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other trades to ensure accuracy of estimate.
- Provide guidance and support to Electrical team.
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Ability to produce weekly reports.
- Developing plans, cash flow schedules, and insuring project scope of work meet industry standards and project specifications.
