Job Summary : The Director of Human Resources will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR operations, including but not limited to recruitment and staffing, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits administration, HR policies and procedures, and compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a passion for fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace culture.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives
  • Lead recruitment efforts to attract and retain top talent, including overseeing the hiring process, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution
  • Develop and administer employee policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary administration, health and wellness initiatives, and retirement plans
  • Oversee employee training and development programs to enhance skills and promote career growth
  • Ensure HR systems and processes are efficient and effective, making recommendations for improvements as needed
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in HR management and make recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Lead and mentor HR staff, fostering a collaborative and inclusive team environment

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
  • 5 years of progressive HR experience
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Demonstrated leadership and management skills
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • SHRM or HRCI certification preferred
