- Responsible for managing the complete Madhya Pradesh location.
- Responsible for interacting with all levels of management to understand and translate business requirements into overall people strategy, in addition to managing all facets of Human Resources with regard to talent acquisition.
- Partner with senior stakeholders and hiring managers to determine and anticipate staffing needs and changes.
- Manage cost-effective quality hiring across all departments.
- Supervise the complete recruitment life cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after identification of manpower requirements.
- Optimize employee salaries on par with other regions and industry standards.
- Conduct campus recruitment, online recruitment, and referral recruitment while optimizing sourcing costs.
- Network with institutional heads (B-Schools) for manpower acquisition.
- Ensure resolution of employee grievances by adopting methods like counseling and establishing works committees.
- Formulate and implement best HR practices, policies, and initiatives aiming at employee welfare and retention.
- Handle the entire performance appraisal process across levels and establish a framework for substantiating performance appraisal systems linked to reward management.
- Introduce new and innovative ways of appraisal, offering a 360-degree view to the organization.
- Identify training needs across levels through mapping of skills required for particular positions.
- Curate and implement training and development programs based on both the organization’s and the individual’s needs, as well as develop effective induction programs.
- Prepare and submit the Annual Personnel Budget for all personnel costs and headcount to management.
- Develop HR-MIS to monitor and share any variance between the budgeted and actual salaries headcount.
- Work as an in-charge of payroll administration and ensure smooth and efficient operation (variable compensation, overtime, and special payments).
- Compile all data needed for the annual salary review and the annual performance appraisal analysis.
- Work in adherence to all statutory acts related to the Shops and Establishments Act.
- Ensure and coordinate adherence to the POSH and POCSO policies of the company.
- Coordinate with legal experts and attend court, disciplinary, and legal matters if required.
